« Suite au tremblement de terre, les équipes du Comptoir des Mines Galerie et de la maison de ventes aux enchères CMOOA souhaitent marquer leur solidarité avec les populations des zones sinistrées et s'investir dans un projet socio-éducatif au long terme qui répondra aux attentes des autorités locales qui connaissent mieux que quiconque les besoins urgents.
Une partie des profits réalisés par le Comptoir des Mines Galerie et la CMOOA serviront ces prochaines années à la construction et l'accompagnement d'une grande infrastructure servant à l’accueil et l'enseignement dans une des localités durement touchée par le séisme.
Les deux entreprises mèneront plusieurs actions avec le concours de leurs partenaires dans un calendrier qui sera bientôt annoncé pour récolter des fonds en plus de ceux qu'elles mettront à disposition.
Le calendrier de nos manifestations est maintenu avec pour premiere manifestation celle de Diadji Diop le samedi 7 octobre à partir de 18h. Pour respecter la tradition liée au deuil, nous nous imposons une certaine sobriété dans l'organisation de nos manifestations pour ne célébrer que la création artistique pure.
Nous souhaitons nous inscrire dans l'élan national de solidarité initié par Sa Majesté le Roi et rester fidèle à la grande tradition de générosité de nos illustres artistes qui ont toujours accompagné et participer aux causes nationales de solidarité. »

« In the aftermath of the earthquake, the team of the gallery Comptoir des Mines and the auction house CMOOA wanted to express its solidarity with the people in the affected areas and invest in a long-term socio-educational project that would meet the expectations of the local authorities, who know the urgent needs better than anyone.
Over the next few years, part of the profits made by Comptoir des Mines Galerie and CMOOA will be used to build and support a large infrastructure to provide care and education in one of the areas severely impacted by the earthquake.
Both companies will be carrying out a number of actions with the help of its partners, according to a schedule to be announced shortly, to raise funds in addition to those it will be donated directly.
Our calendar of events is maintained, with the first event being Diadji Diop's on Saturday 7 October from 6pm. In order to respect the tradition of mourning, we are imposing ourselves a certain sobriety on the organisation of our events, so as to celebrate only pure artistic creation.
We want to be part of the national solidarity movement initiated by His Majesty the King and remain faithful to the great tradition of generosity of our illustrious artists who have always supported and participated in national solidarity causes. »
